Kayla and Rob tied the knot at their Lakeview Golf Resort wedding last weekend in Morgantown, West Virginia! I’m so happy I could be a part of their special day. As I mentioned in their engagement post, I had known Rob and his family for a long time. I even used to work at his family’s floral shop, Neubauer’s Flowers, during college breaks. I’m so grateful to get to be a part of these huge life moments for new clients, but especially for families I’ve known since I was little.

What a beautiful summer day for a wedding!

First, the girls started the day at the Historic Summit Inn in Farmington, PA. Such a beautiful spot and the weather was amazing. All the girls were so sweet and helpful, but I need to give a huge shoutout to the maid of honor, Reba. She was amazingly kind and super helpful to me during the morning, and she was just a positive presence for Kayla. It’s always awesome to see how happy a friend is for someone on a day like this. My second, Hannah, met the guys at Lakeview to get some prep shots in on of the halls decked out for the cocktail party. The amazing staff at Neubauer’s helped bring that room together. They really outdid themselves!

Then, we all met up at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Uniontown, PA. Kayla had a special moment with her dad outside before the ceremony started. She was in tears and he was worried about his pants. Long funny story LOL. He definitely brought the fun!

Lastly, we all headed back to Lakeview to take some pictures on the green. It was hot, but it was such a perfect summer day, so I enjoyed every minute I got with the bride and groom out there! Another shoutout goes to the best man, Michael Kilgore, for hopping on the golf cart with us and taking us to some of his favorite spots because this was my first time there! The night ended with good food, awesome cupcakes, pretty rad dancing – especially from all the kiddos that attended, and most importantly, a happily married couple.
