Are you expecting a little bundle of joy? Congratulations! As you prepare to welcome your newest family member, there’s one important thing to consider: booking your newborn photography session. While it might seem like there’s plenty of time to arrange this, scheduling your session during your second trimester is crucial.
Newborn photography is all about capturing those precious early days when your baby is still tiny, sleepy, and oh-so-adorable. I only take a limited number of due dates per month to ensure that I can accommodate your due date and provide you with the best possible experience.
Booking your session during your second trimester is the best chance of securing a spot on my calendar. Plus, it gives us plenty of time to chat about your vision for the session. Any special requests you might have can be settled well beforehand. Plus, I can answer any questions you may have about the process.

Another reason to book early is for peace of mind. Pregnancy can be unpredictable, and babies have a knack for arriving on their own schedule. You can rest easy knowing that one important detail is already taken care of by booking in advance.
Dates are limited to ensure I can accommodate you whether your little arrives early, on time or a little late. Contact me today to reserve your spot and start planning for your session.

Steps to book:
- Read over current pricing and FAQs on the website.
- Inquire through the contact form on the website to check due date availability and ask any additional questions or to set up a call.
- Upon moving forward with the session, I’ll send an online client portal through email with the contract and retainer invoice. Once both those items are complete, you’ll be officially booked!
- We decide on the exact date of your session once baby arrives and you know when you’ll be home from the hospital. The goal is to plan to come in within 5-14 days of birth, but sometimes you may need an extra week, especially if you end up having a c-section. I want you to feel great during the session, so sometimes taking an extra week to heal works wonders.
- As we wait for your little to arrive, you’ll send me any inspo photos, outfits you plan to wear, or special requests so we can make sure the session is exactly what you hope for!
